Job Title: Deputy Program Manager
Location: Northern Virginia
Security Clearance: TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to success.
This role requires a deep understanding of Information Management operations and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and manage program initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services.
Supervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill sets.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Manage performance-based contracts and task orders in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a program manager with a preferred minimum of 10 years of experience (PmP Certification desired).
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the highest levels of management.
Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations and ITSM.
TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Experience in the military or working with senior military leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Delivery or sales efforts in a similar-sized services organization to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP).
Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.
Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Service Delivery's mission.
Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.
Experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Experience working in the Pentagon.
Excellent communication skills at senior government levels.
