Deputy
Boutique Manager
to join our
Brisbane
Boutique.Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to maximising sales opportunities and developing potential clients, you will be:Driving the sales and results.Building collaborative working relationships with both customers and team members.Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.Ensuring excellent level of customer service reflected in your boutique and maintain effective relationships with customers.Providing an unforgettable experience in store.Assisting with coaching and training the retail team.
Provide all team members with all the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments.Assisting with VIP nights and corporate events.Assisting with management reporting on financials and performance as required.Inspiring the team to be in line with company and brand objectives.Achieving business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer service.Implementing a culture of coaching in the store.Supporting the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career development.Suggesting incentive schemes which will motivate the team.ABOUT YOUAt TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-orientated and who balance well the 'think' and 'do'.
