Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in managing organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of projects, and driving employee engagement throughout our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute change management strategies to support business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and create tailored plans for effective adoption.Design and deliver training, communication, and support materials to assist teams through transitions.Monitor change progress and adjust strategies as needed to address challenges.Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to promote alignment and buy-in.Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.Foster a culture of resilience and adaptability across teams.About You: Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within a dynamic, fast-growing organization.Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience in designing and delivering training and communication strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A collaborative, proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach.Previous experience within the healthcare or boutique professional services industry (preferred).Why Join Us?
