An exciting opportunity has become available for a Centre Manager to join the team at Genius, Eumemmerring
Genius Childcare is excited to be opening our Brand New Centre located in Eumemmerring.
We are looking to add new team members to our Eumemmerring Centre who will work together to build a welcoming community environment within our service.
Your new centre: Our brand-new purpose-built centre accommodates children from 6 weeks to 6 years, with an engaging large outdoor playground and natural play space.
Each of our environments and brand-new resources is well designed to foster and enhance children's learning and development.
Our team here at Genius Eumemmerring aims to provide an inclusive, supportive, and positive culture that welcomes all educators from various backgrounds to join our team.
Your new role: Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.Manage your centre's performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre's KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results.Build strong relationships with families and the community.
Manage open days, centre tours, and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert, and retain families.Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolves to meet the highest standards.What WE can offer: Above Award WageAdditional Annual LeaveAccess to Genius Balance - connect with other Educators across the country.Discounts on big brands, access to free wellness events, money off health insurance and more all through our HR platform, FlareHR.Parenting support - planned return to work pathways and support.Become part of our Grow With Genius Program - upskill your qualifications on usWhat YOU need: Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry.Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma.Previous experience with administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development, and training.Experience managing a budget for an Early Years Education Centre.Who we are: Genius Childcare offers innovative and holistic early years education for preschool-aged children with state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse and thoughtful curriculum.
