With a focus on customer service and quality, our niche, agile, and personalised service offerings are tailored to meet our customers' needs.With a national footprint throughout Australia, we are a leading player in the automotive services and logistics industry providing vehicle fleet conversions, fleet refurbishment and maintenance, AutoGold aftermarket products, vehicle logistics, parts warehousing along with distribution and inventory management services to some of the world's most iconic automotive brands.As a Site Administrator, you will support the Operations Manager in an administrative capacity and lead the Administration team.Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Oversee the administration team and ensure the work of the team is completedRoster administration staffRun daily and weekly reports including vehicle despatch, vendor payments, ZANs and updating fuel priceManage relationships with sub-contractors and answer any queries as requiredManage all internal and operational purchasing (e.g., all stationery, PPE, workshop consumables etc.), including fuelRaising, monitoring, receipting and approving purchase ordersCompleting Demo Fleet Administration, Changeovers and CommunicationMonitoring, receipting and approving purchase orders and handling blocked invoicesAssist the Operations Manager in ensuring all billing and invoicing is completed in SAP at month-endAbout YouTo be successful you must possess the following:Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentConfident communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best result for the businessPassion for excellence in all areasExperience leading and developing a high-performing teamAn understanding of basic accounting principlesWhy AutoNexus?Great remuneration package and incentivesContinuously growing global companyCompany vehicle lease programIf you would like to join the AutoNexus Team, please apply today.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
