As a Site Administrator, you will support the Operations Manager in an administrative capacity and lead the Administration team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Oversee the administration team and ensure the work of the team is completedRoster administration staffRun daily and weekly reports including vehicle despatch, vendor payments, ZANs and updating fuel priceManage relationships with sub-contractors and answer any queries as requiredManage all internal and operational purchasing (e.g., all stationery, PPE, workshop consumables etc.
), including fuelRaising, monitoring, receipting and approving purchase ordersCompleting Demo Fleet Administration, Changeovers and CommunicationMonitoring, receipting and approving purchase orders and handling blocked invoicesAssist the Operations Manager in ensuring all billing and invoicing is completed in SAP at month-endAbout You To be successful you must possess the following:
