Direct Radiology Fairfield is looking for an Office Supervisor to join our team on a Full-time basis.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is wanting to take their career to the next level and thrives in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 4 receptionists, ensuring smooth daily operations.Oversee onsite administrative tasks and workflows.Working closely with our Site Chiefs and Assistant Regional Managers to ensure the day-to-day management of the clinic.Identify opportunities to continuously improve the admin function to achieve maximum efficiencies and enhance the patient experience.Foster a positive team environment where team members are engaged and motivated.Drive our patient-first culture, ensuring prompt and satisfactory service to patients and referrers.Utilize leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries relevant to billing, banking, and Medicare.Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members, while setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback.You Will Have Strong existing leadership and customer service experience.Background in admin or medical practice management.Experience in medical imaging or Radiology admin would be preferred but is not essential.Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.Solid organizational and time management skills is essential.High level of computer literacy.Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded.About Us Direct Radiology is an imaging group with clinics located in Fairfield, South Melbourne, and Monbulk in Victoria.
