Position: EL1 Enterprise Architect
Organization: National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
Type: Full time
The NDIA is seeking highly motivated professionals with enterprise architecture and leadership experience to join the agency as EL1 Enterprise Architects.
The Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch provides enabling services for the entire Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division including Financial and Business Management, Technical Delivery, Governance Risk and Assurance, and Enterprise Architecture functions.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the EL2 Enterprise Architects to build the maturity of enterprise architecture to support the NDIA.
Engage with both ICT and business stakeholders, developing and maintaining architecture roadmaps that reflect and support business needs.
Provide technical oversight and facilitate complex issue resolution during project planning, discovery, and delivery.
Present recommendations and solutions appropriate for the NDIA environment and business priorities.
Represent the solution(s) being developed through all relevant governance processes, including the Architecture Review Board.
Lead, coach, and manage staff, including performance, attendance, health and wellbeing, capability building, and succession planning.
Qualifications:

You should have:
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture across financial, health, or government sectors.
Strong organizational and proactive skills to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Proven track record in developing business solutions aligned to the assigned subject areas.
Experience in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification (desirable but not required).
