With data from other locations showing significant growth potential, there's a great opportunity to boost online sales.If you're customer-focused, skilled in e-commerce, passionate about diving into digital details, and thrive on teamwork and building relationships, this could be the perfect role for youPerks of the company:Up to $145,000 Inclusive of Superannuation + 10% BonusOption to WFH 40% of the weekFree parking available – offices based in North-West VICWell-being initiatives and Employee Assistance ProgramWork with a supportive, dynamic, and fiercely dedicated teamClear pathway and growth plan in place for the businessAmbitious and humble team dynamicEmployee benefits scheme, corporate rates and retail discountsYour daily duties will include:Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and deliver marketing and e-commerce strategies for all business unitsDrive e-commerce growth and manage partnerships to increase revenue and customer segmentsLead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and ensure all collateral adheres to brand guidelines – bring new ideas to the table that will drive campaign resultsConduct market research to inform marketing strategies, aligning with business goalsManage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet revenue and growth targetsCollaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to identify and leverage marketing opportunitiesMonitor performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and ROI.To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:3 - 5+ years' similar experience, bringing the relevant digital skillset and e-commerce experienceIndustry experience within all types of retail/ shopping centre or other relevant environments highly regardedTertiary Qualifications preferredStrong communicator, both written and verballyExperience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights, and recommendationsGreat time management skills and a "finisher"How To Apply:Please apply with your CV to Olivia Fredericks at or apply below.Contact Olivia at for a confidential discussion or if your resume is not up-to-date.#J-18808-Ljbffr
