The Successful Candidate will have: Certificate 3 in plumbing requiredPlumbing licence preferredExperience working in Maintenance PlumbingCurrent Driver's LicenseWhite CardBackflowTMV QualificationJob Requirements: Conducting backflow and TMV testing.Conduct the testing of safety shower equipment.Maintain statutory and non-statutory plumbing assets, i.e. hot water heaters, warm water valves, plant room and system controls.Setting out and installing hot and cold water systems and associated equipment.Installing and maintaining water-based fire protection systems, including fire hydrants, hose reels and sprinkler systems.Installing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, discharge pipes and sanitary fixtures.Fabricating and installing soil and waste stacks.Installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systems.Installing below-ground drainage systems and associated ground support systems.Installing gas appliances, flues and pressure regulating devices.Desired: Confined Space trained.What we can offer you: Friendly working environment.Full-time position.RDO's.Company Vehicle.Mobile Phone.Ongoing training and development opportunities.PPE and Uniform.Are you a plumber who goes the extra mile and enjoys a friendly, people-focused culture that is built on integrity, flexibility, and teamwork?
