About the role
As part of a team of Aged Care Support Leaders, you will provide supervision, guidance, and support to our front-line Aged Care workforce to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.
This is a new permanent part-time, job share opportunity offering 25 hours a week, with a 5-hour workday.
This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be able to work some days each week from home or from your nearest LWB office in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
Partner with our Talent & Attraction, Rostering, and Care Coordination teams to ensure our workforce needs are met Provide supervision and support to team members Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners Skills & experience
Demonstrated people management and leadership experience of a geographically dispersed team Demonstrated experience working in a flexible and innovative way in responding to the needs of clients Strong coordination, leadership, and peer support skills.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
