Due to significant organisational growth, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team as the Allied Health Operations Manager and help further lead the organisation's success and growth.
Key duties but not limited to: Oversight of service delivery across all departmentsMonitoring performance and coordinating change where neededBuilding and maintaining external stakeholder relationshipsDeveloping and maintaining systems, policies and proceduresPlay a vital role in the growth of services across multiple statesAttract and retrain a team of high-quality cliniciansConduct performance reviews, mentoring and marketing strategiesBenefitsBase salary of $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)Access to lucrative bonuses throughout the yearAccess to external professional development opportunitiesA supportive, inclusive, driven and fun work environmentAll tools and resources provided to youFlexible work arrangements on offerDirect line of communication with managing directorsKey Selection CriteriaTertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyAHPRA registration - no limitationsPostgraduate experience across relevant sectorsExperience leading teams (discipline specific or multidisciplinary)Strong commitment to leading a positive team cultureAbility to work collaboratively and autonomouslyPassionate about implementing growth strategiesExcellent interpersonal skillsApply NowShortlisting and interviewing will commence ASAP.
