Emanate Technology is working with a private sector consultancy renowned for delivering advisory and IT solutions to both public and private sector clients.
They are seeking a skilled Senior Power BI Developer to support multiple transformative projects.

About the Role:
As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will contribute to impactful transformation and technology projects across various client sites.
The consultancy's Data & Analytics Practice is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions that leverage data, analytics, and AI to enhance decision-making capabilities.
This role encompasses both hands-on development and the leadership of a Business Intelligence practice, involving client engagement, pre-sales support, and team mentorship.
As a senior member, you will drive best practices, contribute to BI solutions, and foster an analytics-driven culture.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand and solve complex business problems through innovative BI solutions.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI implementations across different industries.
Act as a subject matter expert, project leader, and collaborative team member in diverse client settings.
Lead the evolution of analytics culture and implement best practices across the BI team.
Present solutions to clients, support pre-sales activities, and expand the practice's reach.
Stay updated on trends in data and analytics, incorporating them into BI strategies and practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
A passion for using data and analytics to enable clients to make better decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated expertise with Power BI across its lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment, and governance).
Industry knowledge or experience with platforms from key technology partners (advantageous).
Australian citizenship (required); experience with federal government/defence projects or the ability to obtain security clearance is highly desirable.
This role will require the candidate to be based in Sydney or be willing to perform the role on the client site in Sydney 2-3 days a week.
