We specialise in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects ranging from $1M to $1.4Bn with some of Australia's top companies and have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Manila.

Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented Senior PMO Consultant with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis.

Your Role :

Support the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.

Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities.

Develop and implement robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls.

Refine existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and assist in the establishment of best practices and frameworks.

Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.

Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team.

What you bring :

Self-starter with proven ability to add value within project, program, and/or portfolio PMOs.

Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects and programs.

Proven abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.

Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.

Experience working in different types of PMO is desirable.

Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.

High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
