Job Description Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing using micropayEnsuring compliance with tax laws and employment standardsCoordinating with Accounting & Finance department for accurate financial reportingHelping to implement efficient payroll systems and processesResolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queriesContributing to the development of payroll strategiesThe Successful Applicant A successful Senior Payroll Officer should have:
Proven experience in payroll management in the retail industryStrong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft excel skillsExcellent numerical skills and attention to detailStrong leadership and teamwork skillsExceptional problem-solving abilitiesWhat's on Offer An attractive salary of 100,000 to 110,000 AUD per year plus superannuationA generous 40% discount on company productsA positive and inclusive company cultureThe chance to work in a vibrant, easy to access location via the light rail
