People & Culture Leader

Exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a quality provider of Home Care and Residential Care services for 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and will support in developing and delivering the overall People & Culture strategy and programs, ensuring their effectiveness.
Specifically you will be responsible for the following: Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Employee Relations Organisation Design Learning and Development Updating the HRIS Workers Compensation Provide HR advice to internal stakeholders.
This is a hands on role where you will partner with the business providing expert direction, support and advice and to foster a culture that prioritises people and support the leaders across the business to deliver a people centered, high performing culture.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive people and culture initiatives and engagement.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract.
