NRW Holdings is proud to be one of the leading diversified providers of contract services to the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia.The NRW Payroll team supports multiple business units within the group and is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Belmont based team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a full time permanent position, however an FTE of 0.8 would be considered for the right applicant. This position would largely support one of our business units and will also be supported by others in the Payroll team as needed.Key responsibilities of the role include:Processing of both weekly and fortnightly high-volume pays across a diverse range of projects and agreements.Maintain payroll records and employee data.Assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports related to payroll.A successful candidate would have the following:Experience in end-to-end payroll within a large organisation.Experience in MYOB PayGlobal is desirable.Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met.Exposure to setting up of new employees and processing terminations.Strong customer focus and interpersonal / communication skills.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solve.What we offer:Excellent work culture, salary, conditions and benefits.Flexible working arrangements.NRW's commitment to training and development.Free onsite parking.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available for yourself and your immediate family.Income Protection Insurance.Range of corporate discounts including private health insurance, membership options and retail discounts.Extensive salary sacrifice options including novated vehicle leasing.NRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
