Queensland Police Service (Organisation site)Information Management Services; Legal Division; Specialist Operations; Brisbane CityAn exciting opportunity exists for experienced planning and innovation specialists with strong stakeholder engagement experience to join our teamThe Core Capability Requirements for this role are:Identify opportunities to develop and improve processes, procedures and Information Management Services frameworks, promoting quality control, consistency and continual improvement.Undertake research and analysis to progress business and technical improvement or continuity recommendations, including presenting key findings to the Senior and Executive Leadership team.Manage team training requirements, monitor performance and undertake Information Management Services workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance development activities and initiatives.Prepare quality reporting, briefing material and advice to senior management on business improvement initiatives and activities, including benefits realisation.Provide advice on Information Management Services organisational management and business improvement activities, business needs and ensuring the unit is compliant with relevant legislation, policy and procedures, changes in technology, business needs, and/or changes in legislation.Cultivate relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders and service providers in line with desired legislative or technical outcomes and represent Information Management Services in internal and external committees and meetings.Role Requirements -OtherApplicants are advised that this role is exposed to material (written, visual and audio) of a graphic, confidential and sensitive nature.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further informationWe are committed to building inclusive cultures in the Queensland public sector that respect and promote human rights and diversity.Please ensure you download all attachments and follow the instructions on how to apply.
