The Opportunity:
UFS is seeking a confident, proactive Account Manager to manage a range of clients in our Unit Registry team.
This position is suited to someone with strong experience and knowledge in account management within the financial services industry.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for servicing clients, strong organisational skills, and an eye for detail.
By providing high-quality support to these accounts, you will be a highly valued member of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for our clients and investors within the Unit Registry team, ensuring a high level of service is provided in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of registry are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Assist with fund transitions and onboarding of new funds, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
Enter and review static data changes within agreed SLAs.
Create and distribute all relevant client reports within set timeframes.
Escalate issues to management as identified by clients, trustees, and team members.
Prepare exit statements, tax statements, and distribution statements as required.
Effectively manage risks associated with your role, while demonstrating compliance with ORS internal controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, including documentation and control design.
Assist with internal projects when required.
Promote and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Meet all KPIs, SLAs, client service, and quality standards.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience within Financial Services.
Previous experience within a Registry or Transfer Agency role is preferred but not required.
Tertiary qualifications and relevant industry qualifications are highly regarded.
Advanced Excel and competent Word and PowerPoint skills.
