What does the job look like? We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our operations at the Tullamarine cross-functional facility in the FMCG sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing night shift activities, ensuring accurate workflow planning, timely data processing, and maintaining training compliance for the team.
You will act as the primary point of contact for night operations, stepping in for the Workflow Coordinator and other administrative staff when necessary.
With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service, you will foster a collaborative work environment and ensure the site's administrative requirements are met.
Key areas:
Provide efficient and effective customer service through the fielding and resolution of queries from the customers, carriers, and related parties to ensure business continuity.Enhance the work environment through effective communication and development of team members.Ensure 2IC transactions for inbound and outbound orders are processed nightly.Provide timely and accurate information for the weekly generation of financial reporting, billing of customers and payment of employee.Monitor customer order to ensure warehouse activity aligns to workflow requirements.Assist other Linfox office personnel with their duties as part of a multi-functional team.Actively promote behaviors that support the Linfox vision of an injury-free workplace.Are you the one? You can demonstrate:
