About the role Work closely with CECs to create action plans that enhance customer satisfaction and promote a customer-obsessed culture.
Innovate and design solutions that boost customer engagement, ensuring their needs and expectations are prioritized.
Be an advocate of digital transformation efforts within the Customer Experience Centre, supporting seamless integration and adoption.
Integrate customer insights into strategic business solutions, aligning CEC goals with customer-focused strategies.
Foster communication between customer service teams and business units, ensuring cohesive efforts towards improving customer experiences and outcomes.
About you Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and relevant industry accreditations would be an advantage.
5-7 years of experience in a Customer Experience Centre or similar environment, representing customer centric outcomes.
Skilfully interpret complex information, extracting insights to guide thoughtful decision-making.
Gracefully navigate complexity and ambiguity, crafting solutions focused on customer needs.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse audiences to influence and impact.
