About The Position We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and support a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role requires gaming experience and offers a unique opportunity to work just outside Canberra, providing the balance of a rewarding career with the convenience and lifestyle of the Queanbeyan area.
This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a close-knit venue while enjoying a great work-life balance.
Position Description Supervise front-of-house operations, including gaming, ensuring smooth daily functions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
Assist with staff management, training, and development.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
Ensure high standards of health, safety, and gaming compliance.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experiences.
Position Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Experience in managing gaming operations and knowledge of compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including stock management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
