As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Responsible for all reservations over the phone or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operationsIncreases and optimises room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policyEnsures guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned.Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications.Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments.QualificationsQualifications Guest focused personality is essentialDemonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience is an assetAble to communicate in written and spoken English and TurkishAdditional languages are a plus; French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic is preferred.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly organized and detail-orientedHave a courteous and professional telephone mannerBe proficient in computer systems and reservation softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
