IMPACT
Influencing the reputation through professional presentation and interaction with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Reduction of risk and inefficiencies through early resolution/escalation of issues.
Influencing others in the effective use of organisational standards processes and systems.
KEY CHALLENGES
Dealing with high level, urgent and confidential issues.
Managing varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines.
Co-ordinating administrative processes to deliver decision-making outcomes.
The use of appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of workflow for the Executive Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide confidential secretarial and office administration services to the Executive Manager in a timely and effective manner.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Establish effective working relationships and high standards of customer service.
Maintain meeting schedules and work commitment diaries for the Executive Manager and ensure provision of information and briefing is received in a timely manner prior to meetings and maintain up-to-date and accurate records of results.
Produce reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner, as required.
Provide high-level administrative support to Management and Committees where required.
Provide effective support in the preparation of cyclical and other business reporting requirements (e.g.
KPI's, monthly and quarterly reports).
Manage and maintain Calendar(s) ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Identify issues, offer advice and escalate issues appropriately where necessary.
KEY DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Immediate start.
Approximately 6 Month Contract.
100% Onsite, Close to public transport.
Located on Perth's CBD, Western Australia.

Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment.
4 or more years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with document management systems, project management processes, and construction industry standards and practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
All temporary contractors, Citizens or Working Holiday Visa put forward must have a valid Police Clearance check and Full Work Rights to work in Australia.
