Business Development Manager - Industrial Pumps - Mining Sector Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with expertise in industrial solutions?

Key Responsibilities: Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients in industries such as manufacturing, mining, water management, oil & gas, and other sectors where industrial pumps are essential.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
Use insights to tailor business strategies and keep the company ahead in the market.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans aimed at achieving both short- and long-term business growth objectives.
Regularly track and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and product development departments, to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions to clients.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win agreements that align with company goals.
After-Sales Support: Ensure the smooth delivery and installation of pump systems, providing after-sales support and addressing any technical or operational concerns.
Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in industrial pumps , fluid handling, or related equipment industries.
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of pump systems, fluid mechanics, and the various applications of industrial pumps across different sectors.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Sales-Driven: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Problem Solver: Ability to quickly understand client challenges and propose solutions that add value and address specific needs.
Collaborative Team Player: Capable of working independently and within a team, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple departments.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate and thrive in a competitive and fast-paced market.
