The Chef Manager will have:Demonstrated leadership experience as a Chef, preferably in an aged care (or similar) environment.Previous experience in total kitchen operations and site management in an aged care (or similar) environment.Experience with managing staff, as well as food and operational costs.Demonstrated knowledge regarding nutrition and the importance of dietary requirements for aged care consumers.A real commitment to working safely, fabulous teamwork skills, basic computer skills and a passion for making a difference.
Aged care experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.We'll bring: a flexible workplace, a wonderful team, ongoing training, great communication, and most importantly – our heartfelt thanks for your contribution to the lives of our residents.
Salary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus an additional $2600 in entertainment per year availableIf this role is calling your name, and you feel you would be a good fit for our team on a short-term 4-month contract, then we'd love to hear from you.Important: All aged care employees and visitors must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 in order to enter an aged care facility.
All successful applicants will be required to provide proof of both vaccinations prior to commencing with Bolton Clarke.
