Welcome to the Proactive Services Team
As a Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a team, ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.
Coach and train your team, developing their skills in trolley collection, cleaning and waste support.
What you'll do Create a roster for your team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are coveredWork with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming prioritiesDevelop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfactionComplete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policyOrder all consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budgetIn addition to your regular duties, you will spend some of your time working as part of the Proactive Services Team, providing cleaning, trolley collection and waste management servicesWhat you'll bring Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparksA good eye for cleanliness and small detailsPhysical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasksThe ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframesYou need to be organised to make sure your team has all the equipment and supplies they need to work safely and efficientlyComfortable working with a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts etc)A valid full Australian drivers licence (Green P's or full licence) is essential as you may collect trolleys using our vehiclesWhat you'll experience Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands and a robust rewards programAn attractive remuneration package including base + superA range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeingEndless possibilities with Woolworths Group Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
