Others would describe you as energetic, driven, and possessing strong communication skills. You are a natural leader, using your interpersonal skills to bring a team together and are passionate about working with customers to understand their needs.As a Sales Team Leader, you will:Deliver a high level of customer service both personally and within the teamDevelop a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge, best sellers, product features, and benefits within the teamCoach, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring correct company procedures are followedEnsure visual presentation, merchandising, and stock management meet company standardsManage customs compliance requirements both personally and within the teamWork collaboratively with other Team Leaders to innovate and deliver initiatives related to our people, customers, and KPI targetsProvide accurate payment and cash handling in line with company policies and proceduresWhat you should bring along:Previous experience in leading a large team, preferably within retailImmaculate personal presentationMulti-lingual advantageous, but not essentialThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in categories such as Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion & Accessories, and LiquorAt Heinemann, we offer a great working environment with plenty of perks We celebrate achievements with a reward program, staff discounts from our retail outlets when you travel, career development opportunities, corporate activities, and the opportunity to be part of a team that understands that our people are at the core of everything we do.Sound like you?
