About the role Willow House is a level 3 Supported Accommodation Home located in Wooloowin Brisbane.
We care for over 30 clients with various disabilities.
Willow House has been named as one of the top two Disability Care homes in Brisbane and we have won Best Short-Term Respite Accommodation in QLD in 2023 and 2024.
We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our dedicated team at Willow House in Wooloowin, QLD.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our disability support home.
Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting our staff, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and prioritise administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and general office duties Provide high-quality customer service to clients, staff, and external stakeholders Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures Liaise with third-party providers, such as IT, facilities, and suppliers Contribute to the continuous improvement of office operations and processes Medication assistance when required What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a community/residential services or healthcare environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with office administration software Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures A genuine interest in supporting the disability care sector What we offer
