Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Part Time Customer Experience Agent (30 hours per week) to join the team at North Lakes. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over-the-counter rental productsManaging reservations and organising fleetMaintaining a clean and safe working areaQualificationsFlexibility to work Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceEnthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicCurrent unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's LicenceFull working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
