About the role:
As the People and Culture Coordinator, you're the go-to person for P&C queries, keeping the team running smoothly with your admin and operational support.
You'll drive programs, policies, and initiatives that boost team efficiency and make work-life better for everyone.
This role will see you:
Build and develop key relationships across all divisions within the business.
Be the first point of contact for all P&C queries including managing our HR support mailbox.
Manage employee paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exiting and everything in between).
Be the team invoicing guru.
Have a continuous improvement mindset – look for ways you and the team can be more effective in their roles.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, from owning initiatives to being part of team initiatives.
Compile HR metrics and generate reports.
Have the opportunity to own your own projects and be part of bigger team/company projects (as they come up).

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
Previous experience in HR Administration or Coordination is preferred.
HR Diploma or Degree qualifications are desirable.
Understanding of the employee life cycle including knowledge of employment law, award interpretation and payroll practices.
Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels within the business.
Intermediate/Advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva, SAP etc.
