EOI – ICT Systems Administrators – Helpdesk SupportPacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for ICT Systems Administrator roles in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing systems administration and integration services for complex ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operations.Providing helpdesk support to system users.Working as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally.Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience operating within the ITIL framework.Professional experience and/or certifications with some or all of the below:IT NetworkingGroup and User PoliciesConfiguration ManagementData ManagementSystem SecurityDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Possess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2).Professional experience operating within Defence or Defence industry.PAC is an innovative, privately-owned company delivering high-impact operational capability to our Defence and commercial partners.
