About the company
We currently have a live opening for a Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join one of our client sites in Cannon Hill, Brisbane.
This nationally recognised & reputable business is currently undertaking a large program of digital transformation.

Reporting to the General Manager - IT, the Senior Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for supporting the business use of IT equipment and applications to support other IT team members in IT Operations.
What we are looking for
Previous commercial experience working in IT Helpdesk Strong experience working with Microsoft Technology stack Strong experience in Helpdesk operations and Support Experienced providing support for Business Applications alongside Hardware Ability to understand and document operating platforms as they relate to business use of IT systems & create and maintain operation documentation Support Laptop fleet - SOE Troubleshooting, development and deployment Provide support and training to staff in effective use of equipment and provide support for IT infrastructure operations Ensure IT requests are correctly logged and categorized using tracking tools, and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner Experienced managing system access including login, passwords and security Prepare and advise on Monthly reporting Work with external vendors to investigate issues when appropriate Any MS-D365 F&O or CE backend Sys Admin experience highly valued (Creating users, admin permissions, security etc.)
Provide excellent levels of customer service and apply effective analytical skills to provide both remote and in-person helpdesk support Benefits
