You are able to effortlessly convey information to both technical and non-technical people, all within our dynamic and fast paced environment.You will also demonstrate:Minimum 4 years' experience in a high level IT support role or helpdesk / service desk environmentDiploma in ITProven expert analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage customer issues and contribute to the development of high level solutions whilst managing customer expectationsDemonstrated hardware diagnostic skillsDemonstrated working knowledge of core and non-core applicationsExcellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks within designated time framesComputer literacy across the Microsoft office suite of programs, Windows desktop and Windows server operating systemsPrevious experience working for a large multi-site organisation is desirablePrevious experience working in a health care environment is desirableExperience with patient administration systems, SAP, Chris21 and other health industry specific applicationsYour participation in an on-call roster and travel between locations within Brisbane may be required from time to time.
