Business Process Improvement Manager

We're seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Manager to play a key role in continuous improvement and efficiency gains across product, process, systems, and people initiatives.
This role will help drive strategic changes to enhance the customer experience and operational effectiveness across all channels.

Drive a strategic roadmap for process improvements, identifying key operational opportunities to streamline and innovatePartner with IT and operations to prioritise IT tasks, focusing on efficiency and growth (e.g., optimising online customer processes)Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to implement impactful changes, building support and managing resistanceReduce call volumes and boost sales through process optimisation and automationProvide leadership with data-driven insights and actionable growth recommendationsServe as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of improvementsAbout You:
5+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, and process optimisation, ideally with exposure to change management and continuous improvement in a technical settingStrong project management skills to prioritise, plan, and deliver initiatives in a structured and efficient mannerDemonstrated experience in managing change and influencing across teamsAnalytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-makingExperience with product management or a technical background is a plusAbility to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively across various levels of the businessThis role offers the chance to lead and innovate within a forward-thinking organisation.
