About The Role & TeamJoin our Continuous Improvement team in ANZ, part of the Contract Logistics/Supply Chain Management product within APAC.
You'll work closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement ANZ to deliver significant business benefits through site-focused improvement programs.
Your role will involve:
Value Stream Mapping and site improvement plansOperations Standards and cost optimisationUtilising visual tools and workplace organisationFostering a pragmatic Continuous Improvement mindsetCollaborate across functions and markets within our Operational Excellence structure to deliver customer-centric business benefits while minimising risksAbout The JobWe're looking for someone passionate about Continuous Improvement, driven, and motivated to improve the contract logistics business.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement ANZ.
Your goal will be to deliver high-quality Continuous Improvement by deploying strategically aligned plans, standardised processes, and innovative tools.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the deployment of continuous improvement frameworks and initiativesWorking on ANZ-focused continuous improvement initiatives and cross-border APAC operations excellence projectsDeploying LEAN and Six Sigma approaches to deliver sustained site-based improvementsStrengthening the continuous improvement culture and capability within the teamEnhancing operations performance through productivity and error reduction initiativesManaging labor and equipment effectivelyControlling operating costs and managing benefitsThe Ideal Candidate:We're looking for someone who has:
