About Our Graduate Program Our 18-month Business Graduate Program will have you starting in the Finance or Business Strategy department, you'll experience key functions, gaining a comprehensive view of strategic management within the fresh produce industry.
This program offers:

Here's what we're looking for:
Degree Holders: Graduates in Human Resources and/or Law, Industrial Relations or related undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last two years or due to complete in 2024.Business Enthusiasts: You have a strong interest in how different departments support and drive business success.
You're enthusiastic and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.Flexible Adventurers: Willingness to undertake interstate placements to our key sites, such as Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.Collaborative Team Players: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a team-oriented setting.Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex financial problems.
Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills drive data-informed decision-making.Resilience: You embrace challenges head-on, leveraging them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.Eligibility: You're an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have permanent residency with a valid driver's license.
