About the role BaptistCare Warena Centre is recruiting for permanent part-time, dedicated Carers.
As a Care Service Employee, you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences, and needs during your shifts.
Duties may include: Assistance with a wide range of person-centred care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medicationSimple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveWe have a range of AM & PM shifts available on weekdays – 48 hours per fortnight.
Skills and Experience: You have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support (Essential)OR currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing DegreeA born listener, you're genuinely caring to know and understand peopleYour care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagiousYou rally your team, even on challenging days to problem solve, connect and overcomeAbout Us BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
