The Role We are seeking an experienced and personable Medical and Healthcare Lead to oversee operations at our Charlestown clinic.
This permanent full-time role involves approximately 38 hours per week, with flexibility in hours to accommodate your needs.
Primary Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with Directors, Doctors, and Clinicians Serving as the senior receptionist, overseeing staff and client relations Ensuring a high standard of frontline client services Managing and optimising clinical schedules Overseeing Operational Policies and Procedures Assisting the Director with HR responsibilities Providing high-level written and oral communications Compiling and drafting documents and correspondence Selection Criteria A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical-healthcare management Demonstrated professional development and relevant qualifications Advanced written and oral communication skills Experience with registration and accreditation processes Experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures A calm and effective communication style Flexibility in M-F work hours and routine Apply Now To apply, please submit the following:
