About the business Rydges Pit Lane Hotel is a 100 room 4-star hotel situated in the main building of Australia's world-class motorsport facility, The Shell V-Power Motorsport Park at The Bend.
Located in Tailem Bend, 60min from Adelaide CBD, state of the art, purpose-built facility that is a paradise for high octane thrill seekers.
About the role Our "Welcomers" are the driving force that deliver exceptional experiences to our guests through attentive, genuine and passionate service.
You'll be the face of the hotel—a friendly, energetic, and positive point of contact for our guests.
With a winning smile and a can-do attitude, you'll go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create a sense of welcome spirit and is highly motivated and enthusiastic…alwaysHandles all front desk operations efficiently and professionally.Addressing guest needs and solving challenges creatively to ensure a seamless stay.We are looking for a casual receptionist available up to 4 days a week - weekends and evening availability is essential.
