1. About the role
Vinh Duong & Associates has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Associate Solicitor to join our team in our Bankstown office. As an Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our diverse range of clients across various practice areas.
2. Your role
You will be responsible for:
Advising clients on legal matters and assisting with the preparation of legal documentsProviding advice on commercial matters, including but not limited to commercial and retail lease, sale and purchase of business and shares, commercial litigations, preparing and reviewing contractsProviding advice on different areas of law including: Family law, business, litigation, immigration, etc.Preparing Wills and ProbatesStaying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulationsRepresenting clients in court proceedings and negotiations3. Your qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Legally qualified with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree;Admitted as a solicitor in NSW and hold a current practising certificate;2-5 years of post-admission experience in a law firm;Ability to speak, read and write in Vietnamese as our clients mainly communicate in Vietnamese;Ability to work autonomously and exercise problem-solving skills;Good written and communication skills;Be proactive and have a high level of attention to details.Please email a copy of your resume and cover letter to ****** Job Type: Full-time
