Senior Human Resource Operations OfficerTransport and Main Roads (Organisation site)Queensland Shared Services; Digital Government; Queensland Government Customer & Digital Group; BrisbaneYou will demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in analysing and investigating HR payroll systems such as Aurion and/or SAP procedures to support the payroll transactional processing teams. To do so, you will be required to use contemporary spreadsheet, database, and HR computerised information systems and contribute to the development of team objectives.Supporting the team leader by contributing to operational planning and performance measures including collating and preparing reports, documents and correspondence to customers, clients, management and staff.Work with a team and manage your workloads and tasks, implement internal controls, review processing and service standards and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and perform and report test results.Research, investigate and analyse human resource management and payroll processing issues and recommend effective solutions to support payroll and establishment activities.Maintaining relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and business process currency as well as an understanding of our clients' business.Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support the implementation of business improvement opportunities and optimise human resource and payroll services, processes and systems.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further informationWe are committed to building inclusive cultures in the Queensland public sector that respect and promote human rights and diversity.There are four permanent positions available.Please ensure you download all attachments and follow the instructions on how to apply.
