The role: Supporting your team of Executives client negotiations and interactions Building relationships with your team and stakeholders Driving and achieving monthly targets for sales, deliveries, aftermarket, finance, and Gross Profit Providing a genuine customer luxury experience Above all, the candidate must be a team player and ideally have worked in a prestige automotive dealership as a Sales Manager for more than 2 years.
What we are looking for: Successful vehicle sales and management experience, ideally with prestige brands Ability to demonstrate a high-level commitment to achieving targets A passion for the motor industry Superior people and communication skills (both verbal and written) A good understanding of the "Prestige automotive sales process" High energy and a customer first approach Self-motivated & team player A willingness to learn & develop your personal & professional skills as well as your team's The successful candidate will enjoy: The opportunity to work in our Used Vehicle showroom in the heart of Mentone A highly competitive remuneration package including generous commission structure ($$$) A fully maintained company vehicle On-going training and support for your personal and professional development Work as part of an Award-Winning team If you believe you have the suitable attributes and experiences to be a valuable member of our sales team, we would like to hear from you.
