In the role, you will oversee the financial operations and strategies for the portfolio.
You will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance and provide accurate financial reporting.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring financial stability and growth of the client's property portfolio.A snapshot of the role:Develop and oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clientDrive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and insights to various stakeholdersPrepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and client stakeholdersMonitor portfolio performance against key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actionsUnderstand client's financial needs, provide financial guidance and ensure their satisfaction with financial services and solutionsProvide guidance and mentorship to centralised property finance and analytics team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environmentSound like you?
