Job DescriptionWe are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists [Provisional or General] or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers or Accredited Social Worker or Qualified Counsellors who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients in Armidale NSW. As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.The BenefitsWhen you join Access Psych, you join one of Australia's most reputable mental health service providers.

But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:
Registered Psychologist with AHPRA Registration; orAccredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; orQualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;You have permanent residency in Australia;You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;You want to be part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.Additional InformationOur values are always at the heart of the work we do every day:
