Position: Applications Specialist Type: Full time Perth Airport is Australia's Western Hub connecting the people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world.

About the Role: Provide ongoing support and liaison to relevant stakeholders Operate in a hybrid role, managing both servers and applications, to support cloud-based services and maintain the underlying systems that facilitate these applications Implement, manage, and maintain core business databases, application software and systems across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure Key area of focus across Techone, Sharepoint Online and SQL Databases Undertake troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues Develop, review, and maintain appropriate levels of documentation for supported databases, applications and systems Manage and maintain application and system updates, upgrades, backups, archiving and disaster recovery Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to business and projects teams Relationship building and performance management of vendors and providers Participate in the escalation on-call support roster as required About you: Minimum 5 years' experience in administering enterprise applications and systems infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience in complete delivery of business systems and applications.
High level of expertise in managing SQL databases and systems Elevated level of expertise installing and administering database and enterprise application systems such as (but not limited to) Tech One, Chris21, Service Now, Sharepoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
Extensive experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server and/or Linux based operating systems Experience with management of virtualisation platforms such as VMWare Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments with the ability to understand the inter-relationship between various applications and components.
Knowledgeable and experienced with integration and scripting tools, such as API Integration, Power Shell, Power BI, SQL, HTML.
