Our client is a leading global property and infrastructure fund manager, who owns and manages a significant retail shopping centre property portfolio. They are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join their Brisbane office, to service their national property and asset management division.
You will be responsible for working alongside and providing support to the National WHS Manager, where your focus will be to improve, develop and implement systems and procedures that mitigate Work Health and Safety risks in not only this division, but also educate and upskill key stakeholders.
You will ensure all WH&S processes and policies are utilised effectively across the business, and provide support and assistance to the corporate WHS team. Ideally, you will have worked in a property (or related environment - FM, Construction, etc.) oriented business, where you will have the ability to switch between varying stakeholders - from onsite operations managers, through to the office-based corporate team.
Key Requirements:
A minimum WHS Cert IV (Diploma or above is a benefit)
ICAM and WHS Auditing experience/training
Experience of writing operating procedures and training materials
Intermediate level MS Office 365 skills, ideally with exposure to WHS specific programs: Beakon & Cm3
