Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the Health sector.
As we are a multi-sector business, in future you will have the opportunity to gain exposure across other sectors in Property & Buildings.
Due to the regional locations of some of our Health projects, this role will require you to travel to regional locations in NSW on a weekly basis.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing scoping of works.Managing the design, tender and procurement process.Engaging with contractors and consultants.Managing construction/delivery phases.Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.Candidate ProfileTo be successful, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager (or a high level Project Manager looking to step up) delivering end-to-end projects within a Consulting environment.
You'll also need:
The ability to understand 'the big picture' of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space (for Government projects), or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private organisations (for projects in the private sector).Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector.A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.Qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.What's In It For YouThis role is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to take charge and manage some exciting large-scale projects in a key sector of the Property & Buildings space.
