We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Project Manager to deliver solutions to clients .
As a Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of SOCO solutions to our clients.

You will have multiple projects on the go, leading project delivery teams of assigned technical project resources, while working closely with the client stakeholders to ensure they are delighted by our solutions.

You can be based anywhere in Australia but must be an Australian Citizen with Australian government baseline, NV1 or higher security clearance (non-negotiable), as we work with many government agencies who require this.

Proven experience : At least 5 years in managing multiple software/digital type projects (at the same time) in a consulting environment Agile/Scrum experience : Have demonstrated experience in delivering projects using Scrum/Agile environment Delivery of Microsoft Projects : Demonstrated experience in delivering Microsoft M365 and/or D365 projects Excellent communication skills : You leverage your strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients, (including executive and senior stakeholders) to facilitate problem-solving and influence decision-making Prioritisation : You have the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Team player : Are an approachable and awesome member of the team Trusted Partner : You have a high level of stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust Australian Citizen : You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain an Australian government Baseline security clearance or already be cleared.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recommending an appropriate Governance framework for the size and scale of Project and/or Product(s).
Putting scope and schedule management in place, with a defined critical path and consistent change control process.
Managing and tracking budget and providing fit-for-purpose reporting.
Managing backlogs to support the implementation of a solution design, including appropriate details and acceptance criteria.
Aligning project schedules with sprint plans to build a unified method to track delivery.
Understanding the products, platforms and experiences within the project, including how fit into the 'big picture.' Supporting continuous improvement in technology and delivery processes.
