Operations Top Dog (manager) On any given day, 40+ vehicles and 100+ people are helping Aussies move the right way with Holloway.
We have a wide range of vehicles from utes, and small vans to large trucks.
All are dedicated to providing all customers with the best service possible.
The Role As a TOP-TIER Removals and Storage Company, we are seeking a TOP-TIER Operations Manager for our HQ based in Wolli Creek.
This is not a role for the faint of heart; we want a solutions-based person who is not afraid of getting things done.
Obsessive, passionate, and with a huge personality are some of the key characteristics we feel this job requires.
Your solutions-based mindset and logistical thinking will help us scale up our processes to the next level.
Anticipating Operational problems before they arise and working with a heavy focus on being PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE will be the basis for being successful.
This is for someone passionate about customer advocacy, fostering employee development, and ensuring profitable growth and seamless operations.
You'll also play a key role in promoting teamwork, championing company values, and ensuring a safe, compliant and supportive work environment.
What You'll Do: Client Satisfaction: Guarantee quality, exceptional service, and end-to-end assistance with every job.
Growth and Scalability: Driving initiatives to evolve and expand the department, aligning with company growth objectives.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining health and safety standards.
Process Optimisation: Implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity KPIs.
Budget and Resource Management: Actively manage budgets and resource allocation to meet operational and financial goals.
Negotiation: Ability to actively negotiate jobs where required with contractors

Obsessive: You're almost obsessive in the way you want things to go according to plan
Strong personality: You aren't afraid to make things happen and dive into whatever issues require your attention
Technical ability: Strong technical skills
Logistical mindset: See opportunities (scheduling) others don't and make them happen
